In1990, after establishing his career as a recording artist and performer, John began the establishment of several guitar studies programs, along with a selection of educational presentations for students from grade school through high school.
John is currently the Instructor of guitar for the Interlochen Arts Academy an Internationally renowned boarding high school for the arts. He is also director of the Interlochen Guitar Institute, a weekend festival for guitarists of all levels, all ages, and all virtually styles.
